March 4, 1946 – March 5, 2018
Dawn was a born a horse lover and spent her life supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities and special needs. Volunteering at T.H.E. Center was a unique blessing that allowed her the opportunity to combine her passions and give back to the community.
Dawn left behind a daughter, a son, three granddaughters, a grandson, a special needs “adopted by love” son, six kitties, two doggies, and many lifelong friends. She was very loving and considered all of them her family.
Dawn’s family is honoring her request not to have a memorial service. Instead they encourage you to remember her passions and celebrate her life. Since T.H.E. Center was so special to her, her family has requested that all remembrances be made to them. This ensures that her love for animals and helping others continues on.
“Dawn will be greatly missed but her compassionate spirit will not be forgotten.”
Thank you from everyone at T.H.E. Center for donating to our cause in Dawn’s honor. Dawn was a valued volunteer, her love for horses and our organization was felt by all who had the honor of working with her. Your donation will help us continue to provide scholarships for students with disabilities, horse care, and expansion of services. Most importantly, your donation helps us continue to change lives.
